The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for establishing and implementing operational procedures to ensure that all food service operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Supervise and Coordinate Food Service StaffThe successful candidate will supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesThe Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Ensure Quality ControlThe successful candidate will ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Establish Work SchedulesThe Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for establishing work schedules for food service staff, ensuring that all staff are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties.
Requirements- Education
A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
ExperienceAt least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role is required.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
Work Hours40 hours per week.
