Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring high-quality service and efficient food preparation.
  • Manage a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • At least 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
