Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Train Staff in Job Duties: Train our staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
  • Ensure Quality Control Standards: Ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to our management team.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
