- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Train employees on their job responsibilities, sanitation protocols, and safety measures.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.
- Possess knowledge of various culinary styles relevant to the establishment.
- Oversee the assembly of food trays and the delivery of food trolleys.
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
- Fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Standing for extended periods is required.
