Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Sea Rocket. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work areas.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the culinary team to achieve menu planning, food preparation, and presentation goals.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Work Setting: This role is based in a restaurant environment.
- Physical Demands: This role requires standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, dependability, flexibility, initiative, and a team player attitude are essential for this role.
