Job Summary

NCS Managed Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Telecommunications Technician to join our team. As a Telecommunications Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install, arrange, remove, and maintain telephone equipment, wiring, and associated hardware.
  • Repair and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and locate equipment faults, and adjust, replace, or repair telecommunications equipment.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Inspect and test cable signals and associated equipment, and analyze test results to adjust, change, or repair switching systems, networks, and associated equipment and software.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including on-site customer service, and complete and maintain test and service reports.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: No degree, certificate, or diploma required; will train.
