Bronson Technical Search is seeking a seasoned Chief Information Officer to lead the company's technology strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, with a proven track record of driving digital transformation and innovation. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive IT strategy, overseeing IT infrastructure and applications, and ensuring the organization's IT systems and data are secure and compliant with relevant regulations and standards. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies, as well as experience handling a cyber attack and familiarity with CMMC. The CIO will collaborate with senior executives to ensure technology aligns with and supports the company's business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. The CIO will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team, foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the IT department, and manage the IT department budget and resource allocation. The successful candidate will be able to develop and execute IT strategies that drive business value, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of IT operations. The CIO will provide regular reports to the executive team on IT performance, risks, and opportunities, and continuously assess and improve IT processes and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to negotiate contracts with vendors and manage vendor relationships.
