Oncology Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Oncologist to join our team at BC Cancer, Abbotsford Centre. As a Medical Oncologist, you will play a critical role in providing quality cancer care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive cancer care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in medical oncology and incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and policies.
- Eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia.
- Completion of a fellowship program in medical oncology or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
