Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manufacturing Coordinator to join our team at Archmill House Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of workers, preparing and submitting reports, and overseeing the safety of operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise the activities of workers to ensure efficient production and quality control.
  • Prepare and submit reports on production, quality, and safety.
  • Oversee the safety of operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and other relevant software.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
