Job Title: Early Childhood Educator Assistant

Kinderbrook Montessori School is seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about supporting the growth and development of young children. As an Early Childhood Educator Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced educators to create a nurturing and engaging environment that promotes the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of our students.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist educators in implementing programs that promote child development
  • Engage children in activities such as storytelling, singing, and crafts
  • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods
  • Submit written observations on children to educators or supervisors
  • Attend staff meetings to discuss child progress and problems
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position working on-site at our Kindergarten location. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
