Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

Lullaboo Nursery and Child Care Centre is seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young children to learn and grow.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to work with children aged [insert age range]. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a safe and inclusive environment for all children.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Assess the children's development and prepare a learning plan tailored to their needs.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, including maintaining daycare equipment and ordering supplies.
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress and any issues that may arise.
  • Lead activities that promote learning and development, such as storytelling, singing, and taking children on outings.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children.
Requirements:
  • Member of the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE)
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Immunization records
  • Tuberculosis test
