Multilingual Customer Service Representative

ESAB Group Canada Inc is seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in both English and French.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer concerns with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively handle customer interactions.
- Account Management: Handle large or major accounts with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service experiences.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office programs and 10-Key.
- Quality Assurance: Consistently exceed expectations in all performance areas, including scorecard initiatives.
- Professionalism: Demonstrate professionalism and present a positive image of the company.
- Responsiveness: Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding order entry, order status, returns, product, and warranties.
- Liaison: Act as a liaison between the customer and ESAB Group Canada Inc.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve outstanding matters and demonstrate responsiveness and a sense of urgency when dealing with customers.
- Process Compliance: Ensure all processes in the department comply with ISO standards or policies while promoting a quality mindset for all employees.
- Product Knowledge: Provide general product knowledge, features, and benefits of ESAB products.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Three years+ customer service or related experience.
- Skills: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, ability to work well under pressure, excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to handle large or major accounts.
- Software: Proficient in MS Office programs and 10-Key.
- Desired Skills: SAP experience strongly desired.
