Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of retail sales and service staff to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory, merchandise, and store displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide training and coaching to team members to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of retail sales and service experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and work with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Experience with C-Store/Gas Bar operations and general merchandise items
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
