Stocking Team Leader Job Description

At London Drugs Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Stocking Team Leader to join our team. As a Stocking Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the Stocking Team members and ensuring the store is ready for opening.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Stocking Team members and ensure the store is ready for opening
  • Enhance our ability to provide the optimum level of customer service on the general sales floor
  • Provide quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner
  • Train others and monitor their work habits
  • Have a positive, mature, and professional leadership style
  • Have a solid understanding of policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Good inter-personal, motivational, delegation and follow up skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency
  • Supervisory experience is considered an asset

We offer advancement opportunities through our promote-from-within policies. As a Regular Part-Time employee, you will be scheduled a minimum of 1456 hours per year, up to 40 hours per week, as needed. Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekends, Monday through Sunday. Shift times may start as early as 5:00am.
