About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at East Hills Physiotherapy Inc. As the first point of contact for clients and staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of the office, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Human Resources: Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including preparing job descriptions, posting job ads, and conducting interviews.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Office.
