Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 team members, including grocery clerks and shelf stockers.
- Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Sales and Customer Service
- Assign sales workers to duties to ensure excellent customer service and drive sales growth.
- Authorize returns of merchandise and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Administration
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Prepare payroll and invoices for clients.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail sales and customer service environment.
- Personal Qualities
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Accurate and efficient in all aspects of work.
- Client-focused and team-oriented.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 32 to 40 hours per week in an urban retail environment.
The language of work is English.
