Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at SR Roshan Liquor Store. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and develop a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Merchandise Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and display of merchandise, ensuring that products are accurately priced and stocked.
- Sales and Customer Service: Foster a positive shopping environment, engage with customers, and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Store Operations: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to company standards and health and safety regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with regular exposure to cash handling, customer service, and sales targets. The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
