Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Satisfaction: Execute the Manager-In-Charge Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers, and Service are completed.
  • Team Management: Ensure that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s).
  • Store Appearance: Ensure that all employees present a neat, clean appearance and wear company uniform.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations.
Requirements:
  • Availability: Understand posted work schedule and report to work as scheduled, on time, in uniform, and ready to begin tasks.
  • Communication: Understand and use approved time-keeping system, including accurately recording all hours worked.
  • Leadership: Provide regular feedback to the RGM on the performance of Team Members.
  • Initiative: Take action without being told, go beyond what is simply required, and maintain a high activity level.
Essential Functions:
  • Job Requirements: Strong preference for internal promotion from Hourly Champion position.
  • Age and Background: Must be at least 18 years old and pass background check criteria and drug test.
  • Transportation: Must have reliable transportation.
  • Math and Physical Abilities: Able to do basic business math, stock shelves and coolers, oversee and manage subordinate employees, and perform other duties as required by manager.
