Job Title: Condominium Manager Residential

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Condominium Manager to join our team at Maple Ridge Community Management, an Associa Company. As a Condominium Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our residential condominium properties, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional service and that our properties are well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of residential condominium properties, including budgeting, financial management, and administrative tasks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors and residents to ensure that their needs are met and that the community is running smoothly.
  • Manage contracts and vendors, ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and that our residents receive the best possible service.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in condominium management, with a strong background in financial management and budgeting.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Condominium Act and reciprocal and shared agreements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, Board members, and vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, bylaws, statutes, and regulations.
