Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture relationships with essential contacts across various organizational levels;

  • Deliver customized solutions through direct engagement with account stakeholders;

  • Manage client expectations by establishing and utilizing standard operating procedures, key performance indicators, and account-specific metrics;

  • Collaborate with management to design and implement a personal development strategy.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English;
  • A minimum of three years in account management;
  • At least one year of experience within the shipping sector;
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred;
  • A strong passion for sales and fostering customer relationships;
  • Demonstrated determination, perseverance, and a results-driven mindset;
  • Exceptional presentation abilities;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Capability to thrive in a competitive team environment while achieving independent results;
  • Meticulous attention to detail and robust analytical skills;
  • Familiarity with current supply chain terminology and best practices to effectively support clients' needs;
  • Utilize appropriate internal resources when client demands exceed current capabilities;
