- Deep understanding of how client services drive institutional success and ability to align IT service delivery with organizational goals.
- Forward-thinking approach, ensuring that the client services team meets current demands and is prepared for future challenges.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and coach teams to achieve high performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
A competitive salary range of $149,370 to $187,278, with opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic and innovative organization.
