Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Blackhorse Pub. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Quality Control
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize kitchen operations.
- Team Management
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with staff to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language
- Fluent in English.
- Work Schedule
- 40 hours per week.
