CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Technician to join our team. As an Accounting Technician, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, processing invoices, and analyzing credit information.
Key Responsibilities- Process and manage client accounts, including entering information into auxiliary systems
- Document and track receivables, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
- Prepare and send client statements and invoices
- Analyze credit information and perform necessary verifications
- Prepare and send documents to clients as required
- Collaborate with project managers to produce reports as needed
- Degree in Accounting (DEP, AEC, or DEC)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable
- Knowledge of the construction industry (asset)
- Experience with credit analysis (asset)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong organizational and time management skills
