We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at Power Recruitment. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload and transport construction materials to designated areas
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to meet project specifications
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs to ensure structural integrity
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications, ensuring a stable foundation for our projects
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, maintaining a safe and organized work environment
  • Perform routine maintenance work, including repairs and replacements as needed
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, ensuring a clean and safe working area
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy loads
  • Repetitive tasks may be required, including manual labor and equipment operation
  • Handle heavy loads, up to 23 kg (50 lbs), with proper lifting techniques and equipment

Hourly rate: $25.00

Hours per week: 35-44

Employment type: Permanent, Full-time

Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning
