About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at 7 Wonders Homes & Construction Inc. as a key member of our construction crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by leveling earth to fine grade specifications.
  • Demolition and Debris Removal: Participate in demolishing buildings and removing rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance work on construction equipment and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Machine Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, ensuring efficient and safe operation.
  • Site Safety: Assist in maintaining a safe working environment by directing traffic at or near construction sites.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required; on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Work Experience: Willingness to learn and train on the job is essential.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language used in this role.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 44 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
