Key Responsibilities:- Provide wound and ostomy consultation for patients in the clinic and community

- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient-centered care
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in wound and ostomy care

- Registered Nurse (RN) diploma
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
- Graduate of Nurses Specialized in Wound, Ostomy & Continence Canada (NSWOCC, formerly CAET), CNA exam may be pending
- Several years of escalating experience managing wounds and ostomies
- A strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- A valid driver's license and vehicle as regular travel is required
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- CPR Certification
- Current immunization record including 2 step TB test
- To protect our patients, we require a current vulnerable sector check and a clear background check
