About This Role
As a Data Entry Specialist - Pricing, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely price updates across all sales channels for RONA Inc. You'll collaborate with various teams to input data into systems, execute price changes in stores according to established procedures, and maintain the quality of retail pricing and product cost data.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing information across all sales channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to input data into relevant systems.
- Execute price changes in stores according to established procedures and deadlines.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of retail pricing and product cost data.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and work closely with the Product Integrity Management team.
- Contribute to the development of quality standards and control tools for pricing data.
- Verify prices in all required systems and take corrective actions as needed.
- Utilize various computer systems according to specific banners and requirements.
Qualifications
- College or university degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1 to 3 years of pricing experience in retail or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer service orientation.
- Positive attitude and collaborative team player.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Access, Word).
- Strong analytical skills and reasoning abilities.
- Good knowledge of retail operations, preferably within the residential renovation sector.
