Our Expectations

The Data Entry Clerk/Price Management Specialist is responsible for managing and updating price files across all sales channels. This role requires collaboration with various teams and accurate and efficient data entry into our systems. The incumbent will ensure the execution of price changes in stores according to established procedures and timelines.

The Role

  • Ensure the maintenance and quality of detail price and cost data related to active products:
    • Maintain and update prices and costs on a regular basis or as required
    • Enter price exceptions and liquidations into the system
    • Update direct cost and distribution center prices
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders according to established timelines
  • Work closely with the Product Integrity Management team
  • Participate in the development of quality standards and control tools necessary for the execution of job duties
  • Ensure prices are loaded into all required systems and take corrective action as necessary
  • Work in various computer systems according to banners
  • Perform any other related tasks

Our Expectations

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Diploma or degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience in price establishment in retail or a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and teamwork spirit
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of AS/400 (SIDMA) and MMS (SODA, WinDSS) is an asset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Respect for deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office - Excel, Access, Word
  • Ability and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a changing environment
  • Highly developed analytical skills and excellent reasoning
  • Good knowledge of the retail industry, preferably in the residential renovation sector
