Key Responsibilities- Assume the role of Community Team leader, overseeing medication administration, wound care, and resident assessments.
- Utilize the wellness model of care and service philosophies to improve residents' lives by involving them in their care and maintaining their independence.
- Collaborate closely with Registered Nurses (RNs) for complex cases and consultations.
- Implement wellness programs and foster a positive environment for both teams and residents.
- Maintain meticulous resident charting and information using advanced systems like Point-Click Care and EMAR.
- Graduation from a recognized post-secondary Licensed Practical Nurse program.
- Current Emergency First Aid Certification.
- Current registration in good standing with the BCCNM.
- A minimum of three years of LPN experience providing care to seniors or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Compensation & BenefitsLPNs are compensated at an hourly rate ranging from $32.84 – 41.35 as per the BCGEU collective agreement.
