Key Responsibilities:

IT Specialists play a crucial role in supporting all team members by ensuring they have the appropriate technology to perform their duties effectively. Their responsibilities encompass resolving technical issues that hinder job performance, as well as managing hardware setup during onboarding and maintenance throughout employee transitions.

  • Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets utilizing JIRA
  • Educate users on corporate applications
  • Perform daily system administration tasks, including provisioning, maintenance, and decommissioning of laptops
  • Provide technical assistance to internal staff and troubleshoot issues related to common infrastructure and network, adhering to SLA response times
  • Enhance service delivery processes to improve efficiency, including installation standards and configurations.
  • Execute onboarding procedures for new hires and manage terminations
  • Standardize hardware and software usage across departments
  • Deliver technical support services across all departments
  • Research and implement new corporate applications and solutions
  • Ensure the integrity and security of Entra ID and manage user access privileges
  • Develop FAQ documentation for frequently asked questions
  • Maintain Entra ID information for all employees as directed by HR
  • Uphold physical security measures to ensure employee safety
  • Provide support and assistance to all remote employees
