About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Application Specialist to join our team. As an Application Specialist, you will be responsible for communicating with clients to understand their specific processes and challenges, and driving value through data analysis and insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and challenges
  • Complete data analysis and data models to build correlations and extract valuable insights
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Travel to client sites to gather information and assess client needs
  • Create client dashboards and monitor client sites to ensure systems are operational
  • Provide comprehensive technical and after-sale support to clients
  • Work closely with sales team to develop and present customized solutions proposals
Requirements
  • Engineering degree (Chemical, Civil or Environmental preferred)
  • 2-3 years of experience working in the water/wastewater industry
  • 2-3 years of experience developing applications and driving value proposition focus
  • Extensive knowledge of water quality parameters such as BOD, COD and TSS
  • Experience using water quality monitoring instrumentation
  • Knowledge of the basic principles of spectrophotometry
  • Attention to detail, highly organized and effective time management skills
  • Possess a results-oriented, proactive work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
