Position: Administrative Assistant for Nursing Program (Resource Team)
Salary: $52,579 - $56,755 annually (detailed pay range provided below)
Employment Type: Permanent
Work Hours: Full-time (core hours 9am-3pm, Monday to Friday)

Role Overview
In the capacity of an Administrative Assistant for the Nursing Program, you will deliver a range of administrative support services under the direction of the Regional Operations Manager and with the guidance of the Nurse-in-charge. Your responsibilities will include providing reception and general information services to First Nations clients, partners, and communities. As a member of the resource team, you will also travel to support various rural and remote communities.
Candidate Profile
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Completion of Grade 12
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- A valid BC Driver's License
- Basic understanding of First Nations history, culture, and etiquette

Pay Range Explanation
The pay range represents the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full-time equivalent hours. Employees are typically hired, transferred, or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience relative to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is designated for incumbents who are industry experts in the role, possessing exceptional experience and competencies necessary to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior level.
