CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for managing a multi-jurisdictional payroll for approximately 300 employees, including hourly and salaried bi-weekly payrolls for Alberta and BC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process ROEs and T4s annually
  • Manage and maintain vacation schedules and track accruals
  • Administer benefits enrollments and respond to queries in a timely fashion
  • Reconciliations using intermediate level MS Excel skills
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of full cycle payroll administration experience
  • Experience with ADP WorkforceNow (WFN) is an asset
  • Positive, confidential, and detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills
