Job Summary:

Voyago is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Hand 310T Bus Mechanic to join our team at our Sudbury location.

About the Role:

As a Lead Hand 310T Bus Mechanic, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in maintaining and repairing our fleet of vehicles and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of technicians in maintaining and repairing fleet vehicles and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
  • Analyze repair trends and identify additional work needed
  • Safely maintain vehicles following guidelines
  • Order necessary parts for repairs
  • Complete repairs efficiently
  • Service vehicles according to company policies
  • Repair HVAC and cooling systems, steering systems, and perform wheel alignments
  • Maintain accurate records and safety reports

Requirements:

  • STO registered as 310T Truck and Coach Mechanic or dual Mechanic
  • ODP certification with A/C experience
  • Experience in light duty diesel and gasoline repair
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Leadership and problem-solving abilities
  • Valid G class driving license
  • Clean driving record
