Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Marbleslab Creamery. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high quality standards, adhering to health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Staff Training and Development: Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, as well as manage budgets and cost estimates.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or related role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Work Schedule: 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.
