Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Travelodge Lethbridge. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Instruct and train cooks in preparation, cooking, and presentation of food
  • Supervise and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain inventory levels
  • Develop and implement menus to meet the needs of our guests
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience as a chef or in a related role
  • Proven track record of leading a kitchen team and achieving high-quality results
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
