Position Overview

KGT ENTERPRISES LTD. is seeking a dedicated Retail Butcher to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks related to the preparation and sale of high-quality meat products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Engage with customers to fulfill special meat orders and provide expert advice on cuts.
  • Meat Preparation: Skillfully cut, trim, and prepare various cuts of meat to meet customer specifications.
  • Packaging: Wrap and package meats to ensure freshness and quality.
  • Bone Removal: Efficiently remove bones from meat as required.
  • Weighing and Pricing: Accurately weigh meat products and assign appropriate pricing.
  • Sales: Assist customers in selecting meats and finalize sales transactions.
  • Display Preparation: Create attractive displays of meats, poultry, and fish to enhance customer appeal.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in meat processing or retail.
