Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and store efficiency.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
  • Manage staff and assign duties, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and adjust merchandise and services accordingly.
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, including pricing and promotions.
  • Implement price and credits policies, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring financial stability and growth.
  • Determine staffing requirements, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or supermarket setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Availability for shift or on-call work, as required.
