**Job Summary**
Chapman's is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Warehouse Order Selectors. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
**Responsibilities:**
- Pick and pack materials by hand for customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Replenish, sort, and stack products by hand, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Operate a forklift and/or rider-walkie as required, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Work in a cold/refrigerated environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and focus.
**Requirements:**
- Ability to lift and handle up to 23 kg (50 lbs) with ease and precision.
- Excellent manual dexterity and fine motor skills, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Strong standing and walking endurance, with the ability to work for extended periods without fatigue.
- Excellent reading comprehension and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately read and interpret text.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment.
- Dedicated, articulate, and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work a straight afternoon or night shift, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
