Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Project Lead to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for analyzing the impact of new model introductions on warehouse space, packaging, labor, transportation, and inventory. You will also propose solutions in collaboration with other departments to establish the best solution for the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze finished goods inventory and measure the impact on warehouse space and manpower.
  • Identify and analyze budget requirements for various projects and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Perform analyses to optimize costs related to parts transportation, packaging, inventory management, logistics labor, and warehousing capacity.
  • Collaborate with local teams to maintain finished goods inventory in a FIFO concept.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to keep logistical knowledge up to date for electric vehicles.
  • Create good communication and teamwork with the local team.
  • Suggest improvements to current tools used for scenario analysis and logistics calculations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations/logistics management, or other relevant field.
  • Five to ten years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or relevant field.
  • Experience in project management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual, both written and spoken, with an advanced level of English and French (Spanish would be an asset).
  • Excellent command of PowerPoint, Excel, and project management software (Smartsheet, MS Project).
  • Ability to communicate and synthesize complex information to a variety of audiences, building presentations.
  • Sense of initiative and challenge, autonomy, structure, and rigor.
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural team.
  • Available to travel abroad three to four times a year.
