About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Larifer Venture Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on warehouse operations and performance.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery in the warehouse.
  • Inventory Management: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out on equipment and machinery.
  • Problem-Solving and Training: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Train workers in duties and policies.
  • Workforce Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Procurement: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Operational Planning: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Logistics Management: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
