Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

B.C. Cafe Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient work schedules to meet customer demands.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation and service staff.
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Hire and manage food service staff.
  • Ensure high-quality food and service standards.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
