Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Banker Trainee to join our team at TD. As a Personal Banker Trainee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also developing your skills and knowledge in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, including personal banking, business banking, and investment products.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives, share knowledge and best practices, and provide support to colleagues as needed.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and take on additional responsibilities as you grow in your role.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma and/or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Certifications: IFIC or CSC certification required; CFSA certification to be completed upon hire.
