Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Regulatory Risk Advisor Trainee to join our team. As a key member of our Compliance and Risk Management department, you will provide critical support to our Senior Vice President, Compliance & AML Governance, Ethics & Data, Global Compliance Management, and the broader team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the SVP in managing day-to-day priorities, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and anticipating scheduling conflicts.
  • Identify, manage, analyze, and interpret data to support the creation of meaningful and actionable insights for our regulatory risk program.
  • Develop creative problem-solving and analytical skills to drive decision-making and enhance business objectives.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and progress reports for stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Support the development and execution of team-wide events, such as Town Halls.
  • Refine your communication and presentation skills through opportunities to present findings and recommendations to partners and senior management.
  • Engage in development opportunities to enhance your skillset and build long-term leadership skills and a network of colleagues.
  • Collaborate with senior management and peers on high-level projects.
  • Develop tailored messaging, including writing, editing, and distributing communications department-wide.
  • Track completion of action items from meetings and record/document data to track, monitor, and control expenses.
Requirements
  • University degree from an accredited university.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to change.
  • A growth mindset with the curiosity and capacity to learn quickly.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly spreadsheets and presentation tools.
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills to manage multiple initiatives and related tasks under tight deadlines.
  • High level of discretion required when dealing with confidential matters.
  • Good interpersonal relations.
  • Flexibility.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish would be seen as an asset.
