Program Manager for Digital Enablement

At KZenEdge Strategic Program Execution, we are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale digital projects, ensuring effective governance, and driving efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the program lifecycle, ensuring timely and efficient execution of projects
  • Remove roadblocks and barriers from project and program execution
  • Align projects with the strategic plan of the organization
  • Develop and implement program controls, governance, processes, and procedures
  • Monitor and progress to ensure milestones are being achieved
  • Build and execute program plans to deliver solutions that meet business objectives
  • Manage and prioritize cross-project issues and challenges
  • Manage program risks, ensuring timely and clear communication with stakeholders
  • Ensure delivery on strategic objectives
  • Manage the program budget
  • Manage risks and issues through the program lifecycle
  • Coordinate projects and their interdependencies
  • Manage and coordinate stakeholders involved in the program scope
  • Identify risks and threats to program delivery
  • Provide coaching to project team members
Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of program management experience
  • Appropriate certifications within PMI supporting relevant experience
  • Strong project and program management experience with large and complex IT/OT initiatives
  • Broad knowledge of project and program methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation processes and procedures
  • Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback
  • Flexible, adaptive, and responsive to a changing environment
  • Ability to build partnerships with business leadership teams
