Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Program Lead to join our team at Brainhunter. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the Midstream Analytics Platform Program, driving digital transformation, and ensuring the successful execution of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Midstream Analytics Platform Program, overseeing technical initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement a technical vision for the program, leveraging domain knowledge and technology expertise.
  • Collaborate with functional leads and external partners to drive key initiatives and manage technical interdependencies.
  • Manage demand and constraints on technical resources within the program, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Partner with outsourcing service providers to deliver digital services and ensure consistent management.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with transformation initiatives.
  • Provide technical leadership in the development, implementation, and maintenance of relevant applications.
  • Guide program resources in creating and maintaining technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.

  • Risk management, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with transformation initiatives.
  • Deep technical knowledge, with familiarity with relevant tools, technologies, and methodologies related to business transformation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in an Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or related experience.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of related experience working with Microsoft Fabric and Palantir.
  • Extensive project and program management experience.
  • Experience working with and managing 3rd party vendor support resources.
  • Knowledge and/or experience working with both waterfall and agile delivery approaches.
  • Expertise with Integrated Business Planning toolsets (Anaplan, OneStream, or similar competing products), Allegro and JDE would be considered an asset.
Work Location

This position will be located in our Calgary Office, with the expectation that you will be onsite four (4) days per week. Some travel may be required.
