Job Description for Cook at RED PEPPER RESTAURANT

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at RED PEPPER RESTAURANT. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization.
  • Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Cleaning and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas, and organize buffets and banquets.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
