Job Title: Travel Agency Manager

OK TOUR COMPANY LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Agency Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer demand, and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Product Development: Determine the products and services to be offered, including pricing and credit policies.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and attract new customers.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed financial decisions.
  • Staffing: Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff as needed.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to ensure they are meeting expectations.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
