Job Title: Travel Agency Manager

OK TOUR COMPANY LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Agency Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our travel agency, ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service and achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Manage a team of travel agents and ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the tourism industry, and develop strategies to capitalize on these.
  • Product Development: Determine the types of travel products and services that we will offer, and develop marketing strategies to promote them.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage our budget, and monitor our revenues and expenses to ensure that we are operating within our means.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
