Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced makeup and hair artist to join our team at Scratch Studio Production Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating stunning visual effects and makeup looks for our productions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the work of camera operators and other technical staff to ensure seamless execution of visual effects and makeup looks.
  • Set up, operate, and maintain lighting and electrical equipment to achieve desired visual effects.
  • Design and coordinate special effects such as fire, explosion, and crashes to enhance the overall production.
  • Apply cosmetic and special effects makeup to performers to achieve realistic and captivating looks.
  • Oversee the acquisition, fitting, and maintenance of costumes and wardrobes to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Schedule and oversee rehearsals to ensure timely and efficient production.
  • Assist in preparing construction specifications for sets to ensure accurate and timely execution.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and reliability in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Permanent work term with 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
